I just read a posting by B. Harris. Looking at the Unit Roster, I don't find your name, therefore, I would like to encourage you to contact me. I would like to put your info on the roster so anyone that might remember you will be able to contact you. I want to assure you that I only give this roster to men that have identified themselves as serving with 7th Comm. We currently have over 150 names and are looking for more. I am also preparing a book that will be on display at our next reunion with extended information for each man.
You can contact me at: haage@insightbb.com Phone, 309-343-5696 or 309-221-4740

I just went to my Dad's World War II Reunion. We did a video history of the unit, with the guys giving a short video history of what they did and where they went. Everyone agreed that they should have done it many years before, when they were younger, and remembered more, and before so many of them died.
So you might think about doing that at a future reunion. I hired a company that spent a day doing video of the unit. We might be able to find a government in the Peoria area that would do it, if you are interested I could check it out.
