Below you will find a copy of the data base form that I am keeping for our unit. Although I have some of the information, I’d like to ask you to provide and answer for all the blanks. By doing so we will be able to verify that we have the most current data. I have used the underline character on my computer, so those that want to return this e-mail to me with the appropriate blanks filed out will need to delete these lines when filing out the form. For those that would like to just print out the form and mail it to me, my address is below. Rod will also be adding a link that will enable you to fill it out on-line and it will come directly to me.

I want to assure you that I only give this information to other 7th Comm. people and I tell them to only use the information to contact old buddies. If they want to send jokes, stories, etc., I tell them to ask permission from the individual first. Any abuse of this policy should be reported to me immediately.

It has been my pleasure to work on this project and at the next reunion I will have a book with every ones pages filled out. This will only be successful if we all do our part. Of course if you do not want to provide all of the info, I understand, but please at least provide as much as you can.
