I noticed a Baker among those looked for. I don't know his first name but a Pvt Baker was killed on 7th Comm convoy in 67 along with Cpl Bradly and L/cpl Michael Long from Birmingham, whom I knew personally and visted with his parents. Bob Adams I know as we went through ocs and comm school together and was with 7th com. He became a lawyer I think in NY. Not much help but a little info.

Glad to see that Earl Hardy found his way to this site. I remember Early fondly from our days in OCS and then in Nam together. Earl, I tried to send you an e-mail at the treasureislandbb.aol.com address but it got kicked back by AOL as an invalid address. Let me know how to contact you. thingy Armitage

Hi Dave.... There is one guy that was in the wire plt that is missing from your list of 7th comm members. His name is Alvin Reid, He was a friend of mine since boot camp, he went to 29 Palms with us and went to Vietnam aboard the USS okanogan and landed in Chilai with the Battalion. He was in nam with us from 1966 to 1967, He was transferred to 5th Marines after he was in country about 6 months. He was from Virgina. Hope this helps ..... SEMPER FI Jerry McFaul
